We were a group of architects who stayed at the fabulous Paloma Rosa for a few relaxing days. So of course our review is going to be about the design. If this house were a cocktail, it’d be a Flamingo Fizz—equal parts retro glam, martini-cool modernism, and a spritz of desert sparkle. One step through those unapologetically hot magenta double doors and you're not just entering a home—you’re sashaying into a fantasy. This home is a love letter to Palm Springs in full technicolor bloom. The palette sings like a Slim Aarons photo—creamy whites against electric color accents, refined materials all whisper “Yes darling, I’m the drama.” And those details! Clear acrylic and brass shelves practically levitate against crisp white walls, dripping with objets d’art that feel more curated than collected. The chandelier over the dining table? A bubbly cloud of retro-futuristic elegance. And did you catch that blue inkblot art moment? It’s giving Warhol-at-a-yoga-retreat vibes. The kitchen is a vision in gloss and glow, sleek enough to film a sci-fi cooking show but warm enough to pour a mezcal margarita at midnight. Everywhere you look, there’s joy, sass, and just enough mystery to make you wonder who’s coming over next and what record they’re putting on. And it doesn’t stop inside. Step outside to the pool and you’ll find yourself in a simple, elegant dream: crystal clear waters framed by graceful arc’d fountains that catch the desert sun like a million little diamonds. A stunning firepit and a swoon-worthy outdoor cooking range make it feel less like a backyard and more like your own private resort. Whether you're floating under the stars or sipping cocktails by the flames, it’s pure, unfiltered Palm Springs magic. As for the bedrooms—they’re just as whimsical and delightful as the rest of the home. Spacious, serene, and kissed with vibrant splashes of personality, the beds are draped in the comfiest, cloud-like linens you could imagine. Falling asleep here feels like drifting into a mid-century mirage, where dreams are painted in sunset pinks and golden hour glows. Verdict: This isn’t just interior design—it’s interior delight. A space where modernist ghosts sip negronis and gossip about design week. You will never have felt so fabulous. To the owners: You've captured the soul of the desert and dipped it in glam. Spectacular, Immaculate, and Luxuriously High-End
The house was spectacular, and immaculate. It’s unbelievably high end and equipped with Frette bathrobes in the bedrooms!! Beds and linens are Devine!

Paloma Rosa - The House of Palm Springs Dream
I have rented fine homes around the world for years and Paloma Rosa in Palm Springs is far and away the single best value I have ever experienced. The home is a perfect 10 in design, location and overall quality. Don't miss this one as you will be so excited to find it !!

Amazing Stay @ The Paloma Rosa
The Paloma Rosa is an exceptional stay. The moment we arrived - we were confident we selected a top-notch mid-century modern oasis for our Palm Springs getaway. The home has such a distinguished presence – sophisticated, happy, chic, refined and bold. Each room tells its own story and all comes together to create a cohesive statement. The details – artwork, books, glassware – you name it, are unmatched. The indoor space is open and bright with the living room leading out to the expansive, private backyard. The pool was paradise and there were several outdoor spaces to use. We loved the shaded lounge area after swimming and used the outdoor kitchen each day. The view from the backyard is stunning – palm trees, mountains and blue skies. The home is in a stellar location. The neighborhood is beautiful and it took us less than 10 minutes to get to and from the vibrant Palm Springs downtown. We highly recommend The Paloma Rosa and look forward to our next stay!
